Tommy arrived in New Zealand from Scotland in September 2013 and he impressed from the outset.
His beautiful head, looks and attitude were all contributing factors when selecting him and he keeps on surpassing our expectations. He is a kind hearted boy and one that has won the hearts of many in New Zealand already.
Thank you Dawna and Lee for letting him come all the way from Scotland, we aim to do you and him proud.
Tommy has very correct movement, he is impressive to watch and even more delightful to experience under saddle.
Our focus to include breeding competitive sporthorses was also hugely motivated by his easy calm nature and the potential he has shown out competing - gaining consistently successful results and wonderfully positive feedback.
After a very successful early career inhand showing, 2015-2017 saw him progress to competing in ESNZ dressage and RAS ridden classes, culminating in winning both the Inhand & Ridden Gypsy Cob of the Year titles two years running, as well as competing successfully to Level 3 Dressage including placing 3rd overall in the North Island Musical Leaderboard Series Level 2.
Tommy also shows great aptitude for jumping with impeccable style over the fence and is proving very competitive at Show Hunter.
